He did B.Sc. (Agri.) from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. He did M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding from IARI, New Delhi. Currently, he is working as Senior Manager at Delhi Based NGO. He has qualified ICAR-JRF (2012), ICAR-SRF (2014), and IARI Ph.D. (2014) with All India Rank- 3rd rank, 1^st Rank, and 1^st Rank respectively. He has also qualified CSIR-JRF, ICAR- NET, ICAR- NTS, etc. He has received a gold medal (BSc. Agriculture) and the Chaudhary Charan Singh Award of excellence.
